The painting line for Extra-thick aluminium coil works
In the year 2011, Lidao invests more than 20 million RMB in a new painting line –specially for extra-thickness aluminium coil. It already works in Nov 2011, enable Lidao to paint PVDF lacquer or PVDF lacquer on the surface of aluminium coil with max thickness 2.8mm and max width 1650mm, the only 1 in China.
To make a shorter lead-time, Lidao keeps mill finish aluminium coil in stock, with popular dimension:
Alloy: A1050, A1100,
Temper: H14, H16, H24,H26,
Width: 900mm – 1500mm,
Thickness: 2.0mm, 2.5mm.
With the professional splitting and cutting machine, Lidao could split the coil into exact width and cut sheet as you want.
Comparing with powder coating, painting is much better for these reason:
A environment friendly – to avoid the hurt to works’ health in powder coating line; also avoid the pollution to air around the factory by powder;
B with less color difference, and the thickness of coating is even and smooth;
C large capacity, it could paint 250-300 tons of aluminium coil in 24 hours while working without pause; the big capacity enables Lidao work with very big project related;
D much cheaper than powder coating processing.
